Our Commitment to You

At Lone Buffalo, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied

with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help!

1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The item must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags
  • attached.
  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Final Sale items are not eligible for refunds or returns.

2. Reasons for Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • The item does not match the description or was sent incorrectly.
  • The item does not fit as expected (size exchanges).
  • The item does not meet your expectations in quality or comfort.

3. Return Shipping

For items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For exchanges, Lone Buffalo will cover the shipping and send you a return label. 

For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. How to Initiate a Return

1. Submit a Return Request: Email us at howdy@lonebuffalogolf.com with your order number and reason for the return.

2. Receive Return Instructions: We will provide you with detailed instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Ship Your Item: Package your item securely and ship it using the instructions provided.

5. Processing Your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of

the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to

your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please indicate this during your return request.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the item is no longer available, a refund will be issued instead.

7. Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, clearance products, and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for

return or exchange.
